Position Scope

  • The Director of Case Management is responsible for operational management of the Case Management department in order to promote effective utilization of hospital resources and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Build a Case Management plan that will prepare the hospital for the future
  • Drive collaboration and communication with physicians for the continued improvement in the delivery of quality care in an efficient and cost effective manner

Position Objectives

  • Utilize your Case Management experience to improve key metrics including length of stay, patient discharges and two-midnight rule implementation
  • Partner with the Business Office and Admissions to improve hospital efficiencies and strengthen the overall patient experience
