B. E. Smith has been retained to conduct a nationwide recruitment for the next Chief Executive Officer of St. Luke’s Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls, Idaho. This hospital is currently a 144-bed facility with more than 1,400 employees and over 175 physicians with 28 specialties. A state-of-the-art, replacement facility is scheduled to open in June 2011. St. Luke’s Magic Valley has been recognized through various awards including “100 Most Wired Hospitals” and Qualis Health Award of Excellence in Healthcare Quality. This hospital is part of the renowned St. Luke’s Health System, the only Idaho-based, not-for-profit health system.
With a population of just over 40,000, Twin Falls is a family-focused, agriculture-based community and is the largest city in Idaho’s Magic Valley region.
