St. Peter’s Hospital in Helena, Montana is utilizing B.E. Smith’s Interim Leadership services to fill a critical role in the organization. The hospital selected Dr. Richard Jacobs to serve as Interim Chief Medical Officer. In this role, Dr. Jacobs will provide leadership in several key strategic clinical and operational initiatives. Immediate projects include establish a culture of excellence, developing plan for physician recruitment and retention, as well as assisting the organization with readiness for Joint Commission. Dr. Jacobs brings more than 20 years of successful physician leadership experience, with particular focus in quality and patient satisfaction.
