Chief Executive Officer
Centura Health is seeking a Chief Executive Officer for Longmont United Hospital in Longmont, Colorado. The CEO is responsible for providing leadership, direction and management for the Hospital while working with the Group CEO in the development of the organization’s mission and vision, policy and direction, strategic and tactical plans, relations with management, and organization-wide assessment and evaluation. The CEO reports to the Group President, Colorado and Kansas, and to the local Board. The CEO is supported by a COO, CNO, CMO, Director of Finance and Director of Human Resources. Among the responsibilities of the CEO are to monitor and drive the financial and operational performance of the facility; direct and guide the leadership team in achieving facility, group and organizational goals in a way that helps support Centura’s mission; oversee planning activities related to preparation of operating budgets, capital investments, and pricing decisions; assess the financial implications related to the competition in the market and respond accordingly; and oversee the management and development of medical staff and provide leadership in the ongoing implementation of flexible and innovative physician alignment strategies.
