A hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico is searching for an Interim Manager of Case Management to join their team!
- The Interim Manager of Case Management will provide oversight and lead day-to-day operations of the Case Management department in a 500-bed flagship hospital.
- Reporting to the Executive Director Care/Case Management, this leader will oversee a team of 20 FTEs.
- The leader will be expected to expand team building initiatives, assess the department and personnel for areas of improvement and improve length of stay.
- The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, capable of developing new pathways for the team. Will be collaborative, a problem solver, have high emotional intelligence and can manage staff through challenging situations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; RN and CCM certification preferred.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
