The Position

  • The Director of Emergency Services is responsible for day-to-day operations and activities within the emergency department. 
  • Focus on organizing and directing the clinical practice in collaboration with the Program Medical Director through development and implementation. 
  • This position will oversee staff orientation, credentialing, competency completion, and continuing education, as well as ensuring safety compliance. 
  • The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who is ready for a challenge. Knowledge about paramedics and LPNs is a plus.

Requirement

  • MSN; BSN with master’s required.
  • Five plus years’ emergency department experience required. 
  • Level 1 trauma center experience preferred.
