The Position

  • The Director, Strategy Office, will serve as an essential leader while overseeing the development and implementation of strategic planning initiatives and business plans throughout Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC). 
  • Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy & Analytics, the Director will collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic planning processes and initiatives and ensuring that departmental projects properly align with organizational goals and objectives.  
  • The Director of Strategy Office will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research to determine current challenges, trends, and opportunities and will utilize data and analytics to drive innovation and strategy throughout the organization. 
  • This leader will have oversight of all ongoing projects and initiatives throughout the organization and will provide guidance while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, senior leadership, and staff members as it pertains to optimizing resource allocation, streamlining processes, and efficiency enhancement. 
  • Seeking a mission-driven candidate who will be able to innovatively create pathways to allow the organization to achieve both short- and long-term goals, while furthering the overall growth and improvement of strategic functions throughout the organization. 
  • Candidates will ideally bring knowledge pertaining to system functions and will bring the willingness to effectively communicate and collaborate with physician leaders to effectively optimize patient care in addition to organizational impact throughout the community. 


  • Bachelor’s degree is required. 
  • Minimum of 5+ years of management experience within a strategic planning setting. 
  • Healthcare experience is required.

  • Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is a Joint Commission accredited health organization providing primary care, pharmacy services, physical therapy, surgery centers, and multi-specialty clinics to more than 180,000 Alaska Native and American Indian people of the state.

  • Anchorage, Alaska, rests on the Cook Inlet, bordered by six mountain ranges and warmed by a maritime climate to provide year-round adventure and recreation.
