Bring accessible healthcare to the homes of native peoples in a system-level role for Vice President of Medical and Multi-Specialty Clinics

The Position
  • The key focus for the Vice President of Medical and Multi-Specialty Clinics is ensuring quality health services are accessible to American Indian and Alaskan Native residents in both remote and populous areas of Alaska
  • The VP of Medical and Multi-Specialty Clinics will oversee an integrated network of medical and surgical clinics, providing support to site staff and physicians through visible leadership and transformative strategy
  • The Vice President should establish and execute measurable goals for the clinics including: 1) drive patient access by reducing wait times to zero, 2) enhance the referral process, 3) strengthen clinical outcomes, and 4) bring care closer to patients’ homes through telemedicine and specialty services
  • This leader demonstrates an ability to develop leaders internally and navigate diversity across patients served
  • Master’s degree and 10+ years of ambulatory or physician practice management are required

  • Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is a Joint Commission accredited health organization providing primary care, pharmacy services, physical therapy, surgery centers and multi-specialty clinics to the Alaska Native and American Indian people of the state
