The Position

  • Shift is 8:00AM-5:00PM.
  • The Interim Department Manager, Utilization Review & Resource Management establishes, implements, and maintains patient care coordination and service standards to meet members and the care team’s expectations.
  • Develops and maintains clinical standards of care and practice and is responsible for all resource budgeting, selection, and development. 
  • Designs and evaluates processes to improve systems and patient care results across the continuum of care
  • Active CA RN license required. 
  • BSN required; Master’s preferred. 
  • Must be available to start within 2 weeks upon acceptance.
