The Position
  • The Interim Director is responsible for overall Compensation and Benefits operations and activities, including approximately 15 FTEs
  • This position will focus on managing Worker’s Compensation services, ensuring best practices and processes are utilized, standardizing Employee Health and implementing the electronic system to manage employee injuries
  • We are seeking an experienced, hands-on leader with immediate availability
  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
