Seeking skilled Manager to oversee Med/Surg Post-Op activities within Mission Health’s new multimillion dollar tower

The Position
  • As Manager, assess and update processes to deliver optimal care to Mission Health patients in the Medical/Surgical Post-Operative unit
  • Promote research and integrate evidence-based practice into leadership and decision-making
  • Use professional expertise to develop your team and ensure clinical care services are in tune with compliance and regulatory standards
  • Support the organization's initiatives to introduce an interventional platform by guiding transition to the new multimillion dollar pre-op/post-op hospital tower
  • BSN plus Master’s degree, or MSN required
