Summary

Mission Health, located in the hidden gem of Asheville, North Carolina, seeks a new Manager, Med/Surg ICU 

The Position
  • As Manager, assess and update processes to deliver optimal care to Mission Health patients in the Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit
  • Responsible for 47 beds and 85 full-time employees, the Manager, Med/Surg ICU plays a crucial role in reorganizing two separate units into one and provides training to the intensivist program
  • Promote research and integrate evidence-based practice into leadership and decision-making
  • Use professional expertise to develop your team and ensure clinical care services are in tune with compliance and regulatory standards
  • BSN plus Master’s degree, or MSN required
