The Position 

  • The Vice President of People’s Services will oversee daily operations, strategic planning, and policy development as well as makes decisions that determine the course for the organizations overall success. 
  • Responsible for creating and continuously enhancing quality, patient, and staff safety as well as a comprehensive, sophisticated, and effective Human Resources operations that ensures a cost effective, motivated, and driven team.
  • This position will collaborate and work closely with the Chief Executive Officer while focusing on the development of benefit programs to provide motivation, incentive, and rewards for performance. 
  • Serves as the organization’s leader for the People Key Priority as well as monitors communication, enhancements, and overall leadership for Human Resources initiatives and corporate culture development.
  • Seeking a strong, knowledgeable leader who can be a team player with excellent communication skills to join this tenured team of staff with experience in strategic planning, mergers, and acquisitions preferred. 
  • Five years of progressive senior leader-level administrative, operational, and Human Resources experience, preferably in a large healthcare setting. Experience should include non-union and union environments and exposure to total quality, total compensation, and executive compensation concepts.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organization Development, Business, or related field required.
