The Position
  • Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Administrative Director of Finance is key to developing financial plans for the organization and communicating the goals and strategies
  • Alongside executive leadership, the Administrative Director directs finance operations to ensure compliance with regulatory or organizational standards
  • This leader possesses leadership skills to lead and promote cross-functional team efforts both within finance and across the organization
  • Fiscal responsibility encompasses revenue cycle management, reimbursement and finance departments to ensure fiscal responsibility and optimization of resources
  • Seeking a thoughtful leader, ready to embrace the MaineGeneral Health culture and listen to the needs of its staff
  • Must have substantial finance leadership background, specifically in a healthcare setting
  • Master’s and active CPA preferred
