Interim Director of Quality Management Needed in California Healthcare Facility
The Position
- An Interim Director of Quality Management is needed to support and lead quality improvement initiatives for a healthcare facility in California.
- This role will report directly to the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) and collaborate closely with department managers and the administrative team.
- The position involves oversight responsibility for all performance improvement activities and regulatory body surveys, including JCAHO, State Licensing Review, and CMS Validation surveys. The Interim Director will also provide guidance and support for clinical risk management functions and maintain compliance with accrediting bodies.
- The ideal leader will have strong organizational skills and experience with continuous quality improvement (CQI) processes and will effectively interact with medical staff and hospital leadership.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- CA RN licensure required.
- CPHQ certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of three years of recent experience in a director-level role overseeing quality management in a healthcare setting.
Pay Details
- Pay Range: $150,000 -$165,000 annually.
- Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
