Join a Maryland Healthcare System as the Interim Manager of Behavioral Health

The Position

• The Interim Manager of Behavioral Health will oversee a 37-bed Adult Psych Inpatient Unit with 65 FTEs. 
• Focusing on patient discharges in a timely manner, while assisting with staff evaluations. 
• Seeking an experienced, visible leader who is willing to step in as needed within this diverse, union environment. Previous psych experience with EPIC knowledge preferred. 

Requirements

• MD RN license or compact required. 

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $160,000 - $165,000 annually. 
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

• In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
