Lead Nursing Operations and Analytics at one of the Nation’s Largest Private Mental Health Organization as their new Senior Director, Nursing Operations & Analytics

The Position

  • Reporting to the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer, the leader will work to impact Nursing Operations and Analytics by demonstrating a passion for leading, and be a systems thinker within a shared governance culture across all of Sheppard Pratt Health.
  • As Senior Director of Nursing Operations & Analytics this leader has accountability for five direct reports and the management of financial, human, and material resources, to ensure quality, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of patient care services for the Department of Clinical Services.
  • This leader will be responsible for supporting the formulation, monitoring, and variance reporting of budgets. Along with establishing and maintaining a capital budgeting process, engaging key stakeholders in identifying needs, developing processes to monitor acquisition of items, and forecasting for future needs.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial principles and management theory. Most possess strong data analytical skills, and be capable of integrating, interpreting, and presenting data and metrics effectively. 
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Health Care Administration is required. Active RN license required.

The Community
