The Position

  • As System Assistant Chief Nursing Officer, this leader will assist the Vice President & Chief Nursing Officer in the executive-level management of system wide nursing resources, strategic planning, and development and administration of nursing policies at two organization campuses.
  • This leader will provide oversight of assigned areas that assures focus on patient-centered care and compliance with the requirements of licensing, regulatory, and accrediting bodies, and fosters staff training, growth, and retention.
  • The System Assistant Chief Nursing Officer will actively work to secure operations across campus locations, stabilize staffing and retention within the department. They will also work to increase and create more engaged rounding.
  • The ideal candidate will bring a strong behavioral health leadership background with the experience and passion needed to grow programs to their full potential while being able to share the story and vision of the organization. A high level of interpersonal, communication and team building skills will be vital.
  • Must possess 5-7 years of progressive clinical care experience.
  • Must possess 3 years of management experience with at least 1-2 years in an inpatient psychiatric hospital environment.
  • MSN required. Active RN license required.

The Community
