Just 30 minutes from downtown San Francisco, oversee the growth and development of Mental Health Services as Interim Administrative Director for a competitive health network

The Position
  • The Interim Administrative Director oversees financial management, operational efficiencies, business development planning and quality care initiatives for the organization’s Mental Health Services
  • The Interim Administrative Director delivers continuous assessment of clinical and quality outcomes as well as patient satisfaction in order to develop and implement performance improvement plans
  • The Director is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, increasing market share, and developing new and existing services
  • This leader serves as the organizational representative for Mental Health Services, ensuring positive community relations and strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Requires prior leadership experience over administrative, operational and strategic development of a multi-site behavioral health service organization
  • Must have experience in behavioral healthcare business development and community relations
  • Master’s degree required; preferably MBA or MHA
  • FACHE also strongly preferred

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
