The Position
  • The Service Line Administrator has oversight of heart and vascular services for the network which comprises various campus, practice, or network ancillary, support or clinical departments
  • Facilitates the development of network services by way of analysis, forecasting trends, anticipating organizational changes and recommending alternative strategies to ensure state-of-the-art operation
  • This position ensures proper management and effective operations to assure top decile performance the following areas: Clinical Care/Outcomes, Patient Experience, Employee Engagement, Operational System/Process, and Safety
  • Develops and fosters effective collaboration between departments and other affiliated services to ensure an integrated, network approach to providing services, and fulfilling the organization’s strategic and operational goals and objectives
  • Master’s degree in health care administration, business administration or closely related field required
  • Minimum of seven years’ experience in hospital operations with at least five years at the administrative leadership level required
