The Position
  • The Network Director, Maternal & Pediatric Patient Services has responsibility to maximize quality, patient satisfaction, efficiency, and fiscal operations of inpatient departments where labor and delivery, post-partum, newborn nursery, NICU and Pediatric services are provided
  • This position will have oversight of multiple campuses - Bethlehem and Allentown - adding the Anderson Campus in January 2020
  • This is an opportunity to be heavily involved in the opening of the Anderson Campus, where the new Women and Baby Pavilion will double the size of the existing hospital and include a Labor & Delivery unit, Level III NICU and 36-bed Medical Surgical unit
  • Partners with departmental managers and other organizational leaders to optimize the overall performance of inpatient maternal and newborn services
  • Key goals include standardizing policies, procedures and protocols across three sites, establishing a plan for integrating services and fostering a collaborative and collegial environment
  • Active Pennsylvania nursing license required
  • BSN and Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration or Business Administration required
