Continue the transformation to a shared services HR model as the next Director of Total Rewards at a multi-site system in NY State!

The Position

  • The Director of Total Rewards will be responsible for the design, execution, and success of the Total Rewards strategy and function including but not limited to compensation, benefits management, employee wellness, rewards and recognition and performance management
  • Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer and leading a team of specialists, this passionate and strategic-minded leader will work system-wide to promote and operationalize a model that promotes customer service, collaboration, professional development and efficiency 
  • The ideal candidate brings 10+ year’s compensation and benefits administration experience, 5+ years supervisory experience and an enthusiasm for developing programs and teams. Prior experience with population health or unionized environment is a plus 
  • Bachelors Required; Master’s degree and/or CCP, CBP or CEBS certification preferred
