A Women’s hospital in Boston is searching for an Interim Assistant Nursing Director of Case Management to join their team
The Position
- The Interim Assistant Nursing Director of Case Management helps to develop the best staff, assists with assessing clinical patterns within populations, and facilitates mobilization/allocation of resources to meet the immediate needs of patients and families.
- This leader will report to the department Nurse Director.
- This leader will manage day-to-day staffing needs, mentor and develop department staff, perform employee evaluations and multiple other tasks.
- Ideal candidates will be strong, visible leaders with excellent communication and team building skills.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- BSN required.
- MA RN required.
- Union experience preferred.
