The Position

• An Interim Nurse Manager is needed to manage OR operations for a prominent healthcare facility in Boston, MA.
• This role reports to the Director of Surgical Services and oversees a team of 60 FTEs, handling approximately 70 cases per day across 16 rooms.
• The Interim Nurse Manager will ensure smooth daily operations, manage rotating schedules, and focus on optimizing workflow and staff coordination.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in orthopedic surgery and general OR procedures, with robotics experience being a plus.
• Must be available to start within 3-4 weeks after acceptance.
• This role is now offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus!

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Union experience required
• Active Massachusetts RN license required.
