Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital is actively seeking a highly skilled Manager of Provider Recruitment to join their team in the beautiful city of Brockton, MA!

The Position 

• The Manager, Provider Recruitment will oversee all aspects of physician and midlevel practitioner recruitment and hiring for Signature Healthcare.
• Reporting to the Chief of Human Resources, this leader will oversee one direct report.
• This leader will be responsible for developing a strategic physician recruitment plan aimed at building strong talent pipelines. They will oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, offer letters, onboarding, and the daily coordination of multiple open requisitions.
• The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, collaborative, and strategic leader who possesses the ability to adapt to the team’s needs and work with a sense of urgency. Proven experience in full-desk recruitment for physician & mid-level providers is essential.
• This position offers a hybrid leadership model.

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or related healthcare background. 
• A minimum of five years of direct experience in physician recruiting, including familiarity with current sourcing strategies, clinical skill sets, and physician recruitment expectations.
