Summary

Montefiore Medical Center, located in diverse New York City is searching for a CTICU Nurse Manager to join their organization!

The Position 

• The CTICU Nurse Manager is accountable for managing all clinical administrative functions of the assigned nursing unit at the Einstein campus.
• Reporting to Director of Critical Care, this leader will oversee a team of 37 FTEs.
• This leader will be expected to create an environment in which autonomy is nurtured, encouraged and reflected in a highly competent workforce capable of providing quality care.
• Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, team building and interpersonal skills. Must be committed to improving KPI’s through interdisciplinary teamwork.

Requirements

• BSN required. Master’s degree in nursing or health related field preferred. 
• Active NY RN license required.
• Must possess a minimum of 3 years management experience and a minimum of 5+ years clinical experience.
