Join a Maryland hospital as their next Interim Women’s Services Clinical Consultant! 

The Position

• The Interim Women’s Services Clinical Consultant will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout multiple units and will oversee approximately 70+ FTEs. 
• This leader will lead multiple ongoing initiatives including overview, cultural assessments, strategic planning, and staff engagement.  
• This leader will access educational needs and will lead all education initiatives throughout the department. 
• Ideal candidates will bring previous L&D leadership experience in addition to extensive knowledge pertaining to postpartum and nursery care.   
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required. 
• Active compact RN license is required. 

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $170,000 - $180,000 annually. 
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
