The Position
  • The Senior Vice President of Operations has oversight for activities and functions of Environmental Services, Building & Construction, Dietary Services, Laboratory Services and Pharmacy
  • Implements and maintains established Medical Center policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance, accreditation, safety, environmental and infection control standards
  • The SVP organizes, allocates and schedules work to be performed and recommends positions and staffing required, directs and supervises staff through subordinate managers, including review/approval of recommended personnel activities
  • Partners with the senior leadership team to build a foundation of excellence, establish performance goals and hold teams accountable
  • We are seeking a self-starting entrepreneur to foster strong physician and community relationships, participate in acquisition strategy and set the focus on patient experience
  • Master’s degree highly preferred
