New Provider Recruitment Leader Opportunity at a Large Multi-Specialty Medical Group in Buffalo, a Revitalized City on the Shores of Lake Erie

 

The Position

  • The Provider Recruitment Leader will serve as a strategic partner within the General Physicians, PC and Great Lakes Health System to lead, develop and implement a comprehensive physician recruitment program.
  • Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Provider Recruitment leader will work in tandem with other senior level leaders within the organization and oversee a team of three direct reports. 
  • This leader will be responsible for strategically planning, leading all recruitment efforts system wide, and setting target goals for success. As well as developing appropriate marketing strategies, and service-level agreements to ensure effective and efficient recruitment lifecycles. 
  • The ideal candidate will be an energetic and highly engaged leader, with an open communication style. They must be a proactive thinker and capable of building effective working relationships with organization senior leadership, and with local Organizations and Universities. 
  • Must bring 7 -10 years’ experience in recruitment of physicians and APP’s. Must possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required. SHRM CP/PHR certification preferred.
