New Vice President of Finance Opportunity at a Mission-Centered, Community-Focused Medical Center 

The Position

  • The Vice President of Finance leads the medical center’s financial functions, driving mission critical growth and efficiency. Oversight areas include payroll, accounts payable, budgeting, and audit processes.
  • Reporting to the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President will oversee approximately 20 FTEs.
  • Seeking a leader with an executive presence who can effectively communicate with and serve as a strategy partner to the board and senior leaders.
  • Provide direction around opportunities for operational improvement and develop short- and long-term operating forecasts, capital budgets, strategic financial plans, and financial analysis.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate appropriate financial operating systems, processes, and controls to ensure integrity of all financial information and reporting.
  • Must bring significant financial leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree highly preferred.
