Lead a brand new cancer center to achieve national recognition when you become the Executive Director in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

The Position

  • The Executive Director for Hall-Perrine Cancer Center will head operations related to business, finances, and strategy planning, focusing on growth and becoming a national leader in cancer care
  • The Executive Director establishes strong relationships with physicians, drives community engagement and provides support in executing fundraising efforts and events
  • Seeking a high-level, strategic leader that values trust and autonomy in the workplace
  • Must have previous experience leading development and significant service line growth, ideally for a cancer center or oncology services
  • Master’s degree highly preferred

The Organization

  • Construction on the Hall-Perrine Cancer Center was completed in 2012 and is a LEAD-certified structure, designed specifically with patients in mind. It features: heated chairs and floors in the infusion wing, 33% fewer steps, an on-site gym and volunteers to greet and assist visitors in the lobby
  • The 86,000 square foot facility houses a number of cancer care services including radiation, infusion, medical oncology and surgical oncology
  • As an affiliate to Mercy Medical Center, Hall-Perrine Cancer Center is driven by the “Mercy Touch” which prioritizes going above and beyond for every patient whenever possible
  • Other highlights include wig fitting services, neuropathy treatment and individualized meal prep led by nutrition and EVS specialists to help families learn the dietary needs of their loved ones
