A Maryland Healthcare System is searching for an Interim Manager of ICU/Telemetry to join their team.

The Position

  • The Interim Manager of ICU/Telemetry will oversee day-to-day operations of a 10-bed ICU unit and 38-bed Telemetry unit.  
  • Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, this leader will oversee a team of four direct reports.
  • This leader will provide oversight in both units to help improve culture and make assessments and recommendations for process improvement.
  • The ideal candidate will be a strong, visible leader with a boots on the ground approach. Must be collaborative, have a positive communication style, be a team builder, serve as a mentor and can listen, assess, and create plans and follow through on them.
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.


  • Bachelor’s degree required. Active RN required.
