The Position

  • The Interim Director of Plant Operations oversees facilities-related activities such as plumbing, construction, electrical and more
  • The Interim should identify areas needing improvement, assess the need for outsourcing, restructure the department and drive efficiency
  • Manage daily operations including employee performance, overtime and ensuring accountability in a fast-paced environment

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
