Seeking a Visionary Leader for this High-Level and System-Wide Director of Talent Opening 

The Position

  • The Director of Talent oversees and advances comprehensive Talent Management & Development and Talent Acquisition programs at The MetroHealth System.
  • Utilizing market research and best practices, the Director will develop and implement innovative strategies that drive effective sourcing and recruitment efforts. Ensure consistent processes and metrics, as well as continuous improvement, to best leverage the system’s talent for future growth.
  • This high-profile Director provides system-wide subject matter expertise and consultative services around leadership development, succession planning, performance management, training and development, education needs assessments, organizational development and design, and competency models. 
  • Must bring 10+ years of comprehensive talent lifecycle, acquisition, and management experience, including knowledge of relevant technologies. Healthcare-related and Union experience is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree and certified HR professional (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
