The Position

  • The Interim Director of Emergency Services will oversee two campuses totaling 45 beds, including a new 35-bed facility. The combined volumes of each campus is approximately 55,000 visits per year.
  • The Directors focus will be on staff retention, improving patient flow, working with the team on efficiency, and helping improve morale and culture of the departments. 
  • Ideal candidate will have ED leader experience in challenging environments. Must have union experience and be able to hold staff accountable. 
  • Active RN license required.

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
