Interim Clinical Nurse Specialist of ICU needed in Maryland

The Position 

• The Interim Clinical Nurse Specialist of ICU will be responsible for clinical and patient education within the department,
• Focusing on improving patient satisfaction, reviewing and audit processing, and guiding staff on best practices.
• Seeking an experienced leader with progressive care experience and cardiac background to mentor current nursing staff. Being able to administer cardiac infusions and care for a ventilator dependent patient preferred.

Requirements

• Active RN license required. 
• MSN, ACLS, and CNS are strongly preferred.

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $165,000 - $175,000 annually.
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

• In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
