The Position

• The Interim Sr. Director of Nursing Operations will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day nursing administration operations. 
• The Interim Director of Nursing will be responsible for the direction, coordination, and implementation of patient care services and activities of professional nursing within Med Surg, ICU, IMC, Dialysis, and Behavioral Health to ensure optimal patient care. 
• This leader will review quality, infection prevention, and survey readiness initiatives and will identify areas for improvement while working to implement improvement strategies. 
• Ideal candidates will be collaborative leaders with a business acumen mindset who will develop, maintain, and foster positive working relationships and will lead onboarding and training initiatives throughout the department.  
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required. 
• Active compact RN license is required. 

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $175k - $185k annually.  
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
