The Position
- The Interim Nursing Supervisor/Clinical Administrator will be responsible for the oversight of nighttime operations throughout the department.
- This leader will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including staff coordination, organization of multiple units and float pools, and resource allocation.
- This leader must bring strong skills pertaining to conflict management, collaboration with OR team, problem-solving, patient satisfaction, and escalations.
- Ideal candidates will also bring previous experience pertaining to collaboration with the morgue and security teams regarding body identification.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- BSN is required.
- Active compact RN license is required.
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Previous experience as a Nursing Supervisor is strongly preferred.
- Must be skilled in IT use. Cerner and/or CAPMAN experience is required.
Pay Details
- Pay Range: $170,000 - $175,000 annually.
- Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
