Interim Assistant Director of Med/Surg needed in Northeastern Hospital
The Position
- The Assistant Director of Med/Surg will be responsible for accessing current practices during the night shift and ensuring they are carried out.
- Overseeing timely follow up on arising issues on night shift.
- Address any clinical and behavioral issues with the staff, as well as holding staff accountable.
- Seeking a seasoned leader to be the change agent for the unit. Collaborate with the Director and Sr. Director.

- In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
- The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
