A Missouri hospital is seeking their next Interim Manager, ICU!
The Position
- The Interim ICU Manager will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the 32-bed department and will manage approximately 75+ FTEs.
- The Interim Manager will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including workflow design and implementation, and executing growth strategies while ensuring optimal departmental growth and patient care.
- This leader will focus on departmental initiatives including staff engagement, patient quality, safety protocols, and increased performance.
- Leaders will ideally bring previous experience with managing change throughout a Critical Care/ED setting.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Active RN license is required.
- A minimum of five years of ICU experience, including previous leadership experience, is required.
Pay Details
- Pay Range: $150,000 - $155,000 annually.
- Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
