The Position
- The Interim Nurse Manager PACU will be responsible for the oversight, and day-to-day operations of the department within a Level II Trauma Center.
- Reporting to the Director of Perioperative Services, this leader will oversee ~ 30 FTEs.
- This leader will come in and assess the department’s current workflows, traffic patterns, and scheduling process, and examine compliance with regulations. This leader will also mentor new internal manager.
- Ideal candidates will be calm, steady leaders with previous experience working in a trauma center, or large community hospital. Must have exceptional clinical skills, time management skills, and have a high emotional intelligence. Previous PACU experience will be critical.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; BSN preferred.
- Active RN license required.
- Previous experience in a tertiary care hospital is required.
- Level I or Level II trauma center experience required
Pay Details
- Pay Range: $160,000 - $170,000 annually
- Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

- The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
