OSU Physicians, the clinical service arm of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, seeks a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle to lead billing services for its $500M physician-run practice 

The Position
  • The Senior Director of Revenue Cycle is responsible and accountable for the strategic planning, leadership and on-going continuous quality and process improvement for OSUP revenue cycle
  • Includes all aspects of physician billing, collections, revenue cycle analysis and reporting; oversees billing services for 18 clinical departments within a 1200+ physician group practice
  • Maintain strong performance and revenue flow for the organization, providing an encouraging and supportive work environment for management team and employees
  • The Senior Director is responsible for revenue cycle operations including KPI metrics, contracting, reimbursement, denials management and accounts receivable
  • Seeking a Director with extensive revenue cycle management experience in a complex academic medical center that includes overseeing a large physician business office setting
  • Must have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, Masters preferred
  • Knowledge of EPIC and ambulatory care processes is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience leading 1000+ physician integrated practice plans
