Baylor Scott & White Health is recruiting a VP, Chief Nursing Officer for Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas (BUMC) - join the 4-time Magnet-designated, academic medical center in this executive role

The Position
  • The leader serves as the driving force behind clinical operations, increased employee engagement, high retention and zero defects, as per Magnet standards
  • The VP, CNO should be comfortable and well-established in a senior executive role, prepared to make impactful decisions in a complex environment
  • Sets a high bar in regards to nursing care, serving as an example for other hospitals within the system
  • Maintain Magnet designation and collaborate system-wide to carry out organizational mission and values
  • Candidates must have a BSN with Master’s or MSN and leadership experience as a CNO or Associate CNO, along with having achieved Magnet designation
