The Position
- The Interim Director of Compensation will oversee day to day operations of a team including helping to develop team skills.
- The Director will develop core compensation practices and procedures for the department.
- Focus on distributing volume across the team.
- Must be a compensation expert who understands how to engage a team. Focused on motivation, organization, and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree required.
- Healthcare compensation experience required.
- Onsite only.

- The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
