The Position

  • The Director of Home Health is responsible for strategic planning, growth, compliance, and overall administration and oversight of home health care services for UT Southwestern Medical Center. 
  • The Director will be responsible for the supervision of off-site and office staff, recruiting and retention, development, and implementation of program policies and procedures.
  • Focuses on metrics to assess and measure progress towards goals, as well as interprets, explains, and discusses data analysis results.
  • This position collaborates with appropriate stakeholders to support needs, development, and growth of the Home Health Services program and staff.
  • Ideal candidate will possess leadership skills and management experience, ability to motivate staff, apply critical thinking, and communicate effectively with staff, patients, and the community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, plus a minimum of seven years of leadership experience. Masters preferred. 
  • Current RN, PT, OT, or SLP license required.
