Seeking Innovative Leader to Oversee High Volume Emergency Department and Multiple Service Lines as Director at Genesis Medical Center-Davenport, a Magnet Hospital with Two Campuses in Iowa!
- The Director of Nursing – Critical Care, Emergency, and CSU will provide strategic and operational oversight for the Emergency Department, Trauma Program, Cardiac Stepdown Unit, and Intensive Care Unit at Genesis Medical Center-Davenport, a Magnet-recognized, two-campus hospital with 502 total beds.
- Focus areas include maintaining strong partnerships with physician leadership to drive quality patient care and identifying work flow and process improvement efficiencies within the departments.
- Seeking a nursing leader with experience in a high volume, fast-paced hospital setting and a strong understanding of patient throughput who can successfully lead an Emergency Department that sees approximately 72,000 visits per year.
- Master’s degree required, with one degree being in nursing. Active nursing license required.
- Certification in Emergency, Trauma, Nursing Administration or Critical Care preferred.
