Summary

A Colorado Hospital is seeking their new Interim Manager, Case Management! 


The Position

  • The Interim Manager, Case Management will focus highly on care coordination while accessing, improving, and growing care management across multiple departments.                        
  • The Interim Director will encourage team building and will provide training and mentorship to staff members when necessary. 
  • Ideal candidates will bring strong case management leadership experience and will be effective in their communication with staff/team members when carrying departments through change management.  
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN) and active RN license are required. Master’s degree is preferred.

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
