Become Chief Nursing Officer for a 60-bed rural health center in southwest Kansas

The Position

  • The Chief Nursing Officer provides clinical expertise and oversight to a 60-bed regional referral healthcare center
  • The Chief Nursing Officer will focus on building relationships with staff, positively impacting patient satisfaction and driving quality initiatives, including NQP certification
  • Deliver visible and engaging support, implementing Studer principles daily and rounding on staff
  • Ideal leader will have ACNO experience in a medium-sized acute care (100-250 beds) facility or CNO experience in a critical access or community hospital (25-100 beds)
  • Seeking a passionate leader that thrives on community and fostering strong relationships
