A healthcare company in Duluth, MN is searching for an Interim Director of Workforce Strategy to join their team

The Position

  • The Interim Director of Workforce Strategy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department, serving as a mentor and subject matter expert to team members.
  • Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Management this leader will oversee a team of nine direct reports. 
  • This leader will assess department and work to develop goals for the sourcing team, ensuring they have all the tools they need to be successful.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous healthcare experience, working on the provider side. A strong background in sourcing or Workforce development will be critical. Strong data analytic skills will be vital. 
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 
  • This role does have the ability to work remotely, with occasional travel to the office.


  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. 
  • Must possess three to five years’ experience leading teams.
  • Experience working in the Mid-West region required.

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
