Summary

Seeking an Interim Infection Preventionist to help a D.C. area hospital uphold Infection Control healthcare standards


The Position

  • The Interim Infection Preventionist conducts surveillance, evaluation, and rounding throughout the hospital to ensure care standards align with Infection Prevention protocols
  • Investigate infection control problems through thorough patient follow-up
  • Lead training and instruction of personnel in regards to best nursing practices for infection prevention


The Ideal Interim Leader

  • Must be available within a two-to-three-week timeframe
  • Requires previous Infection Control experience

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
